- Pay rate – 77 % of line haul
billed
- 100% of billed lumper,
loading and unloading

- Reefer fuel furnished at the
Oklahoma City
terminal
- Paperwork scanning including
Truckstop and In Cab
- Weekly settlements –
paperwork received by Tuesday is paid on Friday
- Direct deposit for payroll
settlements
- Late model air-ride company

Requirements:
- Own Authority Operator pays
$19.00 per week for Qualcomm unit and air time
- Own Authority Operator pays
$6.85 per week, per tractor, for scanning services
- Tractor must pass vehicle
inspection
- Own Authority Operators must
have their own operating authority, base plates and permits
- Primary auto liability
insurance minimum $1,000,000., Cargo insurance minimum $100,000. and
unidentified trailer insurance minimum of $50,000.
- Operators
are responsible for their own fuel tax reporting
- D & M
Carriers, Inc. must be named as additional insured on insurance
certificates
