Freymiller recently implemented our guaranteed detention pay program. Unpaid down time is becoming the #1 issue with drivers industry-wide. Freymiller understands this and agrees that drives should be compensated for down time.
The new Driver Detention Pay Plan is scheduled to take effect on 11/1/2017! The plan provides guaranteed Detention pay when you are held up at a shipper or receiver two hours or more after appointment time —this is only guaranteed if you do your part!

To thank our drivers for their loyalty, Freymiller announces a Longevity Pay Increase that will take effect on August 1, 2017! All drivers who have been with the company for at least 12 months will receive a pay increase of up to $0.03 per mile.
